How to get in?

You will see PIN entry system on the door.

The pin number will be sent to you via airbnb message.

House Rules

• No smoking. (neither in the room nor balcony.)
• No visitors.
• Keep it down at night time (it’s a quiet neighborhood at night), no noisy party!
• Take off your shoes when you enter the room.
• Turn off Electricity and Air Conditioner when you are out.
• Separate trash in their respective trash bins and place trash at 2nd floor in their corresponding place.
• Keep the place as tidy as you found it.
• Be reasonably quiet on the roof top, our neighbors are quiet.
• Enjoy your stay!
