2) Contact and apply to the local fire department and the public health center.

You must deposit 100,000 JPY in advance. Please note that the fee is non-refundable.

3) Get some furniture.

5) Get a license for your accommodation business

6) Take photos of your house and list them on Airbnb.

7) Prepare “House Rules” and other manuals for your house.

This will cost you about 20,000 JPY.

You will need to get a license for your Airbnb business.
